Work 路 Alberta 路 2026
Alberta living
An empty living room furnished for a buyer who wanted warm contemporary, not a showroom.
The brief
A vacant main floor. The room is long, with a window wall on the right. The agent asked for furniture that would explain the seating without covering the floor.
What changed
A sofa, two chairs, a table that fits the window light, and a gallery wall sized to the real wall. No extra windows. The disclosure line went in the listing remarks the same day.
What was delivered
Four staged rooms and the empty originals, untouched.
