Item removal

Buyers should see the room, not the move-out. Item removal takes out what will not be there at the closing: cords, trash bins, personal photographs, a refrigerator covered in magnets, a sofa that is leaving. What belongs to the house stays.

  • TurnaroundNext morning
  • Rush12 hours
A bright lived-in living room with a gray sofa, bookshelves, plants, and a desk in the foreground.

Included

  • Small objects, cords, bins, personal photos, and toiletries
  • Reconstruction of the floor, wall, or counter underneath
  • A note if an object is covering damage we will not invent our way across
  • Large furniture quoted from the frame before we start

Not included

  • Remove stains, holes, or damage that the object was hiding, if we cannot see intact material to rebuild
  • Erase a neighbor’s window, a power line that is a known feature, or a legal notice
  • Take out a built-in, a radiator, or a ceiling fan that stays with the house

Who this is for

  • Agents shooting before the seller has finished packing

  • Photographers who cannot reschedule a cloudy day

  • Property managers turning a rental with the last tenant’s furniture still in it

How it runs

  1. 01

    Mark the frame

Circle what goes, or list it. “Make it clean” is not a brief. “Remove the desk, the chair, and the cables; keep the plants” is.

  2. 02

    We quote large pieces

A wastebasket is in the standard price. A sectional that covers half the floor is quoted from the photo.

  3. 03

Rebuild only what we can see

If a rug comes up and the floor under it was never in the file, we stop and ask for another angle.

  4. 04

    Return the clean frame

You get the edited file and the original. The original is the record of what was there.

Questions on this service

Can you remove a car from the driveway?

Often, if the driveway surface is visible around it. A car that fills the frame needs another photo.

What about family photos on a wall?

Yes. We replace them with a plain wall or a neutral frame, and we do not leave the family’s pictures in a file that will be public.

The seller left a hospital bed. Can that go?

Yes. Tell us directly. We treat medical equipment as personal property and remove it without comment in the delivered file.
