Property Visions Media collects the details you type into a brief: name, email, phone, the service, and the note. That information is used to price and produce the job, and to reply to you. It is stored in the site database.

If you create a customer portal, or we create one for you, we store your name, email, a hashed password, project updates, chat messages, and the files shared on that job. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Reset links expire.

Images uploaded into the public site are converted to WebP. Files shared only with a customer are kept outside the public gallery and are available from the portal after login.

Email is sent through the mailbox you connect in the desk (Hostinger, Gmail, Zoho, or another SMTP server). Until a mailbox is connected, messages are queued on the server.

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and the Facebook pixel load only after you paste their IDs in the desk. Custom code you add in the head or body is printed as you entered it.

We do not sell lead lists. To ask for a correction or deletion of a brief, email the address in the footer.

Reference photographs on the public site show a finish. They are not a claim that every pictured house was a client file.
