Terms and conditions

A job starts when you send a brief and Property Visions Media confirms the price in writing. The numbers on the pricing page are card rates. The confirmed price follows the file count, the service, and whether the job is rush. Production does not start before that confirmation.

First jobs are paid before delivery. After three completed jobs, stills can move to agreed terms. Renderings, tours, and films stay scheduled and are billed as the brief states. Work that has already started is billed. You can cancel before production starts at no fee.

You confirm that you have the right to send the photographs, plans, and other files. Property Visions Media uses them only to produce the job, to show you the result in the portal, and to keep a private record of the order. Public gallery frames on this website are references. They are not a claim that every pictured house was a client file, and private deliveries are not published here unless you agree in writing.

The delivered files are licensed to you for the listing and the marketing of that property, including the agent, the brokerage, and the property’s own channels. The license is not a right to resell the files as stock, to claim the edit as an unedited photograph, or to pass the files to another studio as source for a different job.

Stills include one revision round. A new furniture style, a different hour of day, or a change of scope is a new brief. Renderings include two rounds on the approved camera. The desk does not hide cracks, stains, mold, or other property defects. Furniture, fixtures, or landscaping added in post are disclosed with a caption. You are responsible for using that caption anywhere the picture is published.

Portal logins are for the named customer. Do not share the password. Reset it from the portal or ask the desk to set a new one. Chat files and project files in the portal are private to that account and the desk.
